Network with Audinate at ISE 2011

Portland, OR-Jan 24, 2011- Audinate announced today that it will be showcased throughout the week during the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) exhibition from 1-3 February in Amsterdam.  There will be many opportunities for AV professionals to network with Audinate at this year’s ISE event, which is anticipated to have a record setting attendance.  The trade fair, which has become Europe’s largest gathering for professional AV and electronic systems integration, will be the place to find out why Audinate is leading the way.

Audinate delivers a no-hassle, self configuring, true plug-and-play digital media network that uses standard Internet Protocols. Dante offers a market leading solution today, while de-risking the future by providing a migration path to upgrade to new standards such as the IEEE Audio Video Bridging (“AVB”).

Audinate will be presenting two papers at the ISE conference.  The first one, “IP Networking for AV Professionals”, takes place on Tuesday, 1 Feb at 12:00-13:30. This presentation will review the basics of IP and Ethernet networking. It looks at common causes of problems in IP networks, and how to diagnose them. Finally it presents a set of design guidelines to ensure trouble-free audio over IP networks.

In the second Audinate presentation Aidan Williams, Audinate’s CTO and one of the leading experts on A/V networking, will discuss “The developing IEEE 802.1 Audio Video Bridging (AVB) standard: How it will affect the AV industry”. This ISE event will take place on Wednesday, 3 Feb at 16:00. The presentation reviews the basic AVB standards: what they are and what they offer.

Audinate is also proud to be one of the premier sponsors hosting an all day educational seminar in Amsterdam for installation contractors and industry consultants on “Digital Media Networking: Today and Tomorrow”.  The one day event sponsored by Audinate, Lab.gruppen/Lake, Peavey Commercial Audio, Yamaha Commercial Audio, and United Business Media takes place on Tuesday 1 Feb at the Holiday Inn Amsterdam. Roland Hemming, a leading expert in the new European voice alarm standards BS EN54, will be a guest speaker.  For more information and to register, please go to www.audinate.com.

Audinate will be showcasing its new innovations at stand 3C130.  Audinate will demonstrate low loss, low latency Video over IP using Audinate’s Dante™ technology. Audinate will also be exhibiting the new Dante PCIe high performance, ultra low latency soundcard. The Dante PCIe card delivers the leading industry performance for high capacity with the lowest latency. Audinate will also be announcing its newest networking module - Brooklyn II, designed for fast-to-market, easy integration with OEM partner’s products to deliver a robust, high performance IP audio over Ethernet solution.
