Fiera Milano SpA is the most important trade show organizer in Italy, and its Milano Congressi (MiCo) is the largest convention center in Europe, with 70 conference rooms that can hold up to 18,000 people. The facility needed a complete audio and video solution to buttress the existing BSS Audio network located in the South Block section of the convention center. The solution needed to handle a significant amount of signal processing and enable a dual-redundant Dante network to run through the north block of MiCo. The severe time and budgetary constraints MiCo was under added another challenge.
The RSio64-D is an audio interface that can convert between Dante and Mini-YGDAI formats for up to 64 inputs and 64 outputs. It provides versatile routing capability as well. The RSio64-D also supports remote setup from CL and QL series consoles.
