This “hands-on” experience course is designed for beginners who learn best by ‘doing’. Following along with the course lecture, attendees will have the opportunity to try out what they are learning in real time.
Level 1 is an introductory course for users who are new to networking. This session provides a foundation in audio and networking concepts and may be all that is required to assemble and operate a small, stand-alone Dante audio system. To complete Level 1 Certification, an online test must be passed after completing this course.
This course is part of the full Dante Certification Program, a multi-level training program offered by Audinate. It is designed for intermediate Dante users, and should only be taken once Level 1 has been completed. To complete Level 2 Certification, you must pass an online skills test and a knowledge test.
This training will feature Apogee’s all new Symphony I/O Mk II Dante option card. With a simple ethernet cable, a Dante enabled Symphony I/O Mk II can be easily connected and shared across post production, broadcast, live sound or recording studio networks, unleashing legendary sound quality on the world’s most popular audio-over-IP solution. The Symphony I/O Mk II Dante option card also includes Pro Tools connectivity for integration of Pro Tools | HD systems into a Dante network environment. No other Dante-enabled audio interface offers this level of quality, flexibility and modularity.
