Aidan Williams

Chief Executive Officer / Co-founder

Aidan Williams is co-founder and CEO of Audinate. While at the National ICT Australia (NICTA), he was the driving force behind the Digital Audio Networking project that developed the fundamental audio networking technology behind Dante. Prior to joining NICTA, Aidan was at Motorola Labs in Sydney where he worked on advanced networking technologies including zero-configuration IP networking, IPv6, reliable multicast, mobile adhoc networking and residential gateways. He is an inventor on twenty patents related to IP networking.

Aidan participates in several standards bodies and industry alliances, including the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). In the IETF he has authored IETF documents on zero-configuration networking and the interaction between the IETF Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP), time synchronisation and QoS services. Before embarking on an R&D career, Aidan developed extensive skills in networking, security, operating systems, and software development through several years of hands-on experience managing large networks, mission-critical systems and network security for a large university campus. Aidan has a BSc in Computer Science, and a BEng (Hons I) in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

Rob Goss

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Goss is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, responsible for finance and accounting operations and administration at Audinate. Rob has extensive experience in finance of publicly listed companies. Before joining Audinate in 2017, Rob served as Chief Financial Officer for Building IQ (ASX:BIQ), a commercial energy platform to manage building heating & cooling via the cloud to save on energy costs. Prior to Building IQ, Rob was CFO at iProperty (ASX:IPP), an online property portal operating in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. Previously, Rob held senior finance roles at ANZ Bank and Allco Finance Group after commencing his career as a chartered accountant at KPMG. Rob is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and received his Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting from University of Technology Sydney.

Varuni Witana

Chief Technology Officer

Varuni Witana is CTO and co-founder at Audinate. Prior to becoming CTO, she has held several senior technical roles at Audinate and has been a key contributor to the technology behind Dante.  Varuni has spent the majority of her career working in industrial research including at National ICT Australia (NICTA) and Motorola Research Australia. She has extensive experience in the areas of networking and AV communications. Varuni holds a BSc. Hons. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka and a Phd. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.

Mathew Mornington-West

Chief Operating Officer

Mathew Mornington-West is the Chief Operating Officer of Audinate. He is responsible for day to day operational controls, development and execution of business systems and process in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Global Support & Customer Satisfaction, Sales Operations, Product Delivery, IT, and Dev Ops. Mathew has over 20 years’ experience in business operations, process management and supply chain solutions across diverse sectors including consumer, freight forwarding, medical devices, and Information Technology. Previously Mathew was the Operations Director at Arrow ECS ANZ and the COO at Distribution Central Pty Ltd, an enterprise IT distributor, responsible for operational control and delivery, business systems, and execution of strategic initiatives. Prior to moving to Australia, Mathew held senior management positions at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe where responsibilities included planning and delivery on hardware and software supply to meet consumer demand as well as delivering transformational projects in supply planning and cost management.

Joshua Rush

Chief Marketing Officer

Josh Rush is the Chief Marketing Officer. Josh has over 25 years of experience in business, consumer and channel marketing in a variety of industries, including computer hardware, networking and telecommunications. Prior to joining Audinate, Josh held the position as Vice President of Marketing and Product at Vesta, a provider in client branded electronic payment solutions. Josh formerly served as the Digital Home Marketing Manager at HP, where his responsibilities spanned market intelligence, product definition, channel development and marketing launch plans. Josh received his Masters in Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Administration undergraduate degree in marketing communications at Boston University.

Kerri-Ann Wilson

Chief People Officer

Kerri-Ann Wilson is the Chief People Officer for Audinate. Kerri-Ann has over 20 years of diverse global HR experience including leadership through growth, international merger and acquisition activity and large-scale organisational change. After beginning her career in human resources with Unilever, Kerri-Ann has worked in various HR leadership roles across Technology, Fintech and Advertising & Marketing industries. Kerri-Ann served as Chief People Officer at ASX-listed Altium (ASX:ALU), leading the HR function for seven years as the company expanded globally and more than doubled in headcount. Kerri-Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts, Mass Communication from Macquarie University and Master of Management, Human Resources from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).

Chris Ware

Senior Vice President of Product Development

Chris Ware is the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Audinate. In this position, he has responsibility for Product Management and Engineering. With over 25 years of experience, Chris has held various roles in Product, Technology Strategy, and Engineering Leadership. Before joining Audinate, he worked at Alcatel and Motorola where he authored over 20 patents on 802.11 and other wireless networking technologies. Chris holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Wollongong.

Eric Armstrong

Executive Vice President of Global Sales

Eric Armstrong is the EVP of Global Sales for Audinate. Eric is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of successful sales leadership in a variety of high growth technology companies, driving teams to sell, deploy and support cloud-based infrastructure, software, SaaS, complex networking, and video solutions. Most recently, Eric was Senior Vice President of Growth at Limelight Networks, and prior to that Vice President of North American Sales and Services at Harmonic, Inc., a global leader in streaming, broadcast, and service provider video infrastructure. In addition, Eric has held sales and executive positions at Zscaler, VeriSign and Kontiki. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Santa Clara University.

David Krall

Chairman of the Board

David Krall is Chairman of the Board of Audinate. David serves as a director and/or strategic advisor to several technology companies, combining a strong educational background in engineering and business with 30 years of professional experience. David Krall also sits on the Board of Directors for Progress Software Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS), a leading provider of application infrastructure software for business applications. David also currently acts as Strategic Advisor for Universal Audio and Roku. David is the former President and COO of Roku Inc., a market leader in TV streaming. David also formerly was President and CEO of Avid Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: AVID). David received his MBA from Harvard University and his B.S. and Masters degrees in engineering from M.I.T.

Amrita Blickstead

Non-Exec Director

Amrita Blickstead is a Non-Executive Director of Audinate. Amrita is an experienced non-executive director with extensive strategic, sales & marketing, and product development expertise. She has deep experience in retail, eCommerce, and medical devices and has been an advocate for diversity & inclusion. Amrita is the former Chief Operating and Marketing Officer at eBay Australia & New Zealand, and, over her ten-year tenure, she led many different areas of the business across strategy, operations, marketing, sales, and pricing. Before eBay, Amrita established her career as a Management Consultant at Port Jackson Partners and a Biomedical Engineer at Ventracor and Cochlear. Amrita is currently a Non-executive Director at ASX-listed Somnomed (ASX: SOM) and non-profit Vision Beyond AUS. Amrita holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Mechanical (Biomedical) Engineering from the University of Sydney. Amrita won the Australian Financial Review BOSS Awards for Young Executive of the Year in 2019. She will also join the Audinate Audit and Risk Management Committee.

John Dyson

Non-Exec Director

John Dyson is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. John is a Director and one of the founders of Starfish Ventures. John has played a crucial role in the establishment of Starfish and has personally overseen and managed investments across a range of technologies and industries. John is also currently a Director of Atmail Pty Ltd., Myriax Pty Ltd., and Swinburne Ventures Pty Ltd. John is also a Director at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. Formerly, John was General Manager (Australia) of JAFCO Investment (Asia Pacific), a Singapore based private equity manager. Prior to joining JAFCO, John worked in the investment banking and stockbroking industries for Schroders, Nomura Securities, KPMG and ANZ McCaughan. John holds a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, Masters of Business Administration from RMIT University and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tim Finlayson

Non-Exec Director

Tim Finlayson is a Non-Executive Director of Audinate. Tim is a chartered accountant with 25 years of experience in professional services, telecommunications and infrastructure industries and has held finance and operational leadership roles in Australia, Singapore and Vietnam. Tim is currently Chief Operating Officer with King & Wood Mallesons Australia, a leading international law firm. Prior to this role, Tim was CFO for ASX-listed companies Sydney Airport Corporation (ASX: SYD) and Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited (ASX: HTA). During his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tim was a partner and leader of Tax and Legal Services in Indochina advising foreign companies on setting up and operating in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, following tax advisory roles in Sydney and Singapore. Tim holds degrees in Economics and Laws from Macquarie University, is a Member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. 

Alison Ledger

Non-Exec Director

Alison Ledger is a Non-Executive Director of Audinate. Alison has more than 30 years of experience and has held various leadership roles in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Alison is currently a Non-Executive Director of Countplus Limited (ASX:CUP) and Latitude Financial Services. Alison held various senior management and strategic roles while at Insurance Australia Group (IAG) for eight years, including Head of Group Strategy and Executive General Manager, Product, Pricing and eBusiness. During her tenure as a Partner with McKinsey and Company she advised some of the leading global and Australian banks on strategy and organisational change. Alison began her professional career in the banking industry working with leading financial institutions. Alison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude, with a BA degree in Economics from Boston College. She is a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Roger Price

Non-Exec Director

Roger Price is a Non-Executive Director of Audinate.  Roger has more than 30 years of experience including CEO, COO as well as senior engineering, manufacturing, information technology service and international business development roles across multiple technology based industries in Australia, USA and AMEA. He is currently the Chair of Additive Assurance Pty Ltd and was formerly the Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Windlab Limited, an international wind energy development company. Previously Roger was a partner at Innovation Capital, a venture capital firm in Sydney, one of the early investors in the Group. Prior to joining Innovation Capital, Roger was the Chief Executive Officer of Reino Intl., a developer of advanced parking solutions. Roger commenced his career at Alcatel and has held senior positions with a number of Australian technology businesses and NASDAQ listed software companies. Roger has an Engineering degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
