Audinate does not provide direct technical support to end-users for any Dante hardware products, except the Audinate-branded Dante PCIe-R card and Dante AVIO adapters.
Support for hardware products is provided by the product manufacturer. If your issue relates to a hardware product, please contact the manufacturer directly (click here for a list of useful OEM contacts).
However, many common technical questions are answered in our comprehensive Dante FAQs, user guides or Training and Tutorials section.

Important note regarding macOS 10.15 (Catalina):
Our Engineering team is actively working on updating our software & drivers to support macOS 10.15 (Catalina) and will release updated versions over the coming weeks. This includes Dante Virtual Soundcard, Dante Controller, Dante Via, the Dante PCIe Card driver, and Dante Firmware Update Manager. In the meantime, we recommend users refrain from updating machines that have these products installed as they may encounter issues.

Important note regarding Dante Via BSOD on Dell machines:
It has recently come to our attention that running Dante Via on some Dell model machines may cause a fatal system error. Due to this issue, Audinate are not supporting Dante Via on Dell platforms and suggest to not install Dante Via on any Dell machines at this time.
If you are currently experiencing this issue please boot the machine in safe mode where you should be able to uninstall the Dante Via application.
