Dante AVIO USB (ADP-USB-AU-2X2) Firmware v4.1.5.3

Dante AVIO Adapters let you use your favorite legacy audio gear with any Dante-connected system, delivering the interoperability, performance and scalability that only networking can bring. Cost effective, compact and built for the road, Dante AVIO adapters bring the modern connectivity that every audio pro needs in their toolbox.

What's New:
  • UD2-55: When the USB AVIO adapter is powered by PoE and connected to an Apple® mobile device via the iOS camera adapter, it is no longer necessary to separately power the camera adapter.
Requirements:

Dante AVIO adapters require a Power over Ethernet switch, or an 802.3af compliant PoE injector. The USB model can also be powered via USB.

For use with mobile phones, you will require a USB On-The-Go (OTG) adapter.

Bug Fixes:
  • UD2-56: The macOS volume control for the USB AVIO adapter is disabled.
  • ULT-816: Stack overflow still occurs on UXT4 4.1.3.4
  • ULT-812: AVIO adapters to have No Audio errors instead of Subscription errors when a transmitting device is removed from the network
  • ULT-811: conmon ifstats status message badly formed (or blank)
  • ULT-810: failure to re-advertise on reconnect
  • ULT-809: PTPv2 remains disabled with static addresses and AES67
  • ULT-808: fix time to advertisement issue on Ultimo 4
  • ULT-807: On continuous latency change on a transmitter the Ultimo receiver overflows the APEC stack
  • ULT-806: MUTE is not asserted correctly over software_reset
  • ULT-796: Creating multicast flows causes UltimoX4 to reboot
  • ULT-789: Spurious UNMUTE assertion on power on
  • ULT-562: UXT subscriptions fail with No Connection after power fail
  • SC-177: Fix rare spurious entry to failsafe mode
Known Issues:
  • ULT-371: DIOUSB is unable to subscribe to a multicast flow if the flow's label length is more then 28 characters, instead the DIOUSB will create a unicast flow. Workaround: Create multicast flows with a label length of 28 characters or less. NOTE: If the multicast flow is created using Dante Controller the flow label will be NULL.
  • ULT-377: If a multicast flow is created on an DIOUSB with a label length of more than 19 characters, other device will be unable to subscribe to the multicast flow, instead devices will subscribe via unicast. Workaround: Create multicast flows with a label length of 19 characters or less. NOTE: If the multicast flow is created using Dante Controller the flow label will be NULL.
  • MIL-4518: When a device is enrolled in a domain with multiple subnets, when devices are disconnected (or lose power) and reconnected, devices may temporarily lose clock synchronisation before regaining synchronisation
