Dante Firmware Update Manager v3.10.6.2 (macOS)

Dante Firmware Update Manager is a software application that allows you to:

  • Select a firmware update file for a particular Dante module type
  • Discover matching Dante-enabled audio devices on your network
  • Manage the firmware upgrade for these devices
  • Restore Dante-enabled modules in failsafe mode

Notes: 

Installing or Updating Firmware Update Manager

To install Firmware Update Manager you will need to be logged on with administrator privileges.

Note: You do not need to uninstall the previous version before installing this version.

  1. Download the Dante Firmware Update Manager 'dmg' file.
  2. Close any running Dante applications, including Dante Controller and Dante Virtual Soundcard.
  3. Double-click the .dmg file to open it.
  4. Double click on the installer 'pkg' file to start the installer.
  5. Read the terms and select the 'I accept' checkbox if you agree to the terms. If you do not accept, the install will terminate.
  6. Click Install. You will be prompted to enter your password.

The installation will be completed when Firmware Update Manager is run for the first time.

  • #7996 - Restoring devices from failsafe while DVS is running can cause DVS audio dropouts.
