AI-Media and SyncWords Join the Ecosystem of Cloud-Based Solutions that Support Native Dante Audio

Allows any Dante device to connect with cloud-based workflows for transcription, captioning and broadcast production.

PORTLAND, Oregon — September 4, 2025 — Audinate Group Limited (ASX:AD8), developer of the professional AV industry’s leading Dante® AV-over-IP platform, is pleased to announce that new software solutions from AI-Media and SyncWords now support native Dante audio in cloud-based production workflows. With the Dante SDK, Connect Edition, developers can build Dante audio transmission and reception into their cloud-based applications, enabling a direct connection to any existing Dante hardware or software.

AI-Media and SyncWords join the expanding ecosystem of cloud-based software applications to integrate Dante natively. These new Dante integrations are excellent additions to the wide array of production applications from Calrec, Sienna, Solid State Logic, Telos Alliance and more. The integrations give broadcasters and audio engineers new products to choose from when building cloud-based Dante workflows.

AI-Media is advancing the integration of native Dante audio into its LEXI AI-Powered Tool Kit to expand support for captioning, translation, display, and archiving. “The ability to flexibly accept and transmit any native audio source is important to our customers, and as a dominant format in the industry, supporting Dante is a natural direction to investigate,” says Bill McLaughlin, Chief Product Officer of AI-Media. “By trialing Dante audio workflows both on-premise and in the cloud, we’re giving customers an early opportunity to see how these capabilities could scale their productions – from small one-time events to worldwide ongoing productions.”

SyncWords is now a Dante Partner with integration capabilities that enable live AI captioning, subtitling and dubbing to transform live streaming experiences with GenAI and real-time voice cloning.  “Providing accessible, localized content in multiple languages is critical for live video productions. Ingesting a high-quality audio source in Dante format is one of the ways SyncWords ensures its AI-powered captioning and translation solutions have the fidelity needed to deliver live captions, subtitles, and voice dubbing accurately,” says Ashish Shah, CEO & Co-Founder of SyncWords.

The Dante SDK, Connect Edition, gives developers free access to send and receive audio with any Dante-enabled device, enabling seamless integration with cloud-based mixers, DSPs, and transcription tools. Licensing is handled through Dante Connect, streamlining the process for developers while offering customers flexible licensing options — including both native connections and Dante Virtual Soundcard integration in the cloud.
